Our StoryIt started with one good hire.
BE SmartAdmin began in 2019, when one dedicated team member started providing administrative support to an Australian financial advice practice. Their strong work ethic, commitment and consistently high-quality work quickly earned the client’s trust and inspired the referrals that followed.
Through word of mouth, one client became two, and demand continued to grow. By 2022, we were expanding our team, and in April 2024, BE SmartAdmin Services Pty Ltd was formally established.
Since then, we have grown from four team members supporting one practice to a team of fourteen serving Australian businesses across financial services, professional services and related industries. This growth has been achieved entirely through trusted referrals, without paid advertising, cold outreach or a traditional sales team.
Today, we provide tailored offshore staffing and business support solutions to small and medium-sized Australian businesses. Although our team has grown, our approach remains the same: find the right people, match them carefully to each client, support them effectively and deliver work to a consistently high standard.

We monitor performance on an ongoing basis, write and maintain SOPs for every process, and act as the liaison between you and your team member if issues arise. The management layer stays with us.
We also run a structured onboarding process that covers access setup, system familiarisation, review of templates and workflows, and calibration before full transition. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is left undocumented.
We are selective about who we work with on both sides of the arrangement. Clients who are not willing to treat offshore staff with the same respect they would extend to anyone else are not a good fit for BE SmartAdmin. That standard protects our staff. In practice, it also produces better results for our clients.
